What the enquiry form collects
The short enquiry form records your name, mobile number, preferred plot size, enquiry type and consent. Email, a site-visit date and a message are optional. If you provide an email address, a confirmation is sent there. All enquiries are saved for the project team to follow up.
Previously submitted full applications may contain applicant identity, payment and document details. Those records remain available only to authorised project administrators.
How the information is used
The project team uses these details to review and follow up on your application and any site-visit request. Submission details and email delivery status are saved in the project administration system. Applicant confirmations and project notifications are sent by email.
Documents and downloads
Uploaded identity documents are stored outside the public website folder. Access through the admin area requires sign-in. Previous application confirmations included a signed download link for the filled form that expired after seven days.
Cookies
The website uses a session cookie for form security and administrator sign-in.
